First Bus has announced that it will take over the running of two express services providing connectivity between Cumbernauld and Glasgow.

First Bus announced on Monday that the 77 bus between, Partick, and the city centre will now operate around the clock.

Regular users have been reassured that there will be no interruption to services, which are currently provided by Stagecoach.
