ODOT says 52 crew incidents have occurred statewide this year, with several crashes reported this week in active work zones.
Stephen Mattson, 42, died in an accident in which a forklift rolled down a hill and left Mattson trapped in between the forklift and an excavator.
Demolition at the site has been paused following the July 25 incident where an excavator overturned.
The incident happened around 10:30 a.m. near E. Lake and Rickard Roads.
